Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before you start revising with Dzidza.

What is Dzidza?

Dzidza is a revision platform for ZIMSEC Form 4 (O-Level) students. It turns the syllabus into structured notes, real exam-style questions, AI-marked Paper 2 answers, timed mock exams and honest, topic-by-topic readiness tracking.

Which subjects are covered?

ICT / Computer Science is fully built: all 9 examinable syllabus topics, 400+ exam-style questions, structured notes and a timed mock exam. More subjects are on the way, and they are included at no extra cost as they launch.

Is the content aligned to the ZIMSEC syllabus?

Yes. Every note page and question is original content mapped to the current ZIMSEC Form 4 syllabus, so you revise exactly what the exam expects.

How much does Dzidza cost?

Full access is $7, which unlocks 30 days. Nothing renews automatically: when the 30 days are up you simply pay again if you want to carry on, so you are never charged by surprise and there is nothing to cancel.

How do I pay and activate my subscription?

Create your account first, then message us on WhatsApp to arrange payment and activate full access. We are happy to walk you through the local payment options.

Do I need an email address to sign up?

Yes. We ask for an email when you sign up so we can send your payment receipts. You still log in with your username, not your email.

Will it work on my phone and on low data?

Yes. Dzidza is built mobile-first and kept light on data, so it works well on the phones and connections most students actually use.

How does the AI marking work?

For structured (Paper 2) questions you write your own answer, and Dzidza marks it point-by-point against the real mark scheme, showing which points you earned and giving feedback on what you missed. This step needs an internet connection.

Who is behind Dzidza?

Dzidza is built by Cipher Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, a Zimbabwean technology company.
